  • Westin Dallas Downtown and Omni Dallas

  • The home team will not be determined until both teams are selected. The home team will be on the West Sideline.

Parking

  • Yes, when you purchase your tickets, the ticket module will ask if you want to add on a parking pass.

    PRE-PAID PARKING

  • Where is ADA parking located?

    There are first-come first-served ADA spots in each game day parking lot.

    PARKING MAP

  • No, there are no RV lots on the SMU campus.

  • 3 hours prior to game time.

Game Day

  • The 2024 SERVPRO First Responder Bowl game will be played on January 3, 2025 at 3pm CT.

  • Gerald J. Ford Stadium on SMU’s campus.

    Directions

  • 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

  • The box office is located on the North side of the stadium, near Loyd All Sports Center entrance between Gates 3 and 4. On gameday, the box office will be open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

  • Since all tickets are digital and delivered via onto a mobile device, there are no will call windows.

  • There are interactive games, pep rallies, photo opportunities, concessions, merchandise, and more at the AT&T FirstNet Fan Zone located on The Boulevard and in Lot E on the west side of the stadium. It opens 2.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Tickets

  • Indoor seating, food buffet, and cash bar.

  • Tickets are on sale starting December 8th and will be delivered to your email starting December 18th.

  • Children under the age of 2 are considered a lap child and do not need a game ticket.
