SERVPRO First Responder Bowl Announces Deal with SHIELD616
The SERVPRO First Responder Bowl and ESPN Events have announced a multi-year agreement with SHIELD616, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the community and first responders together.
Based in Colorado Springs, Colo., SHIELD616’s mission is to provide all-day protection for peace officers and first responders who sacrificially serve their communities. In addition, SHIELD616 strives to build relationships between community members and their law enforcement officers in the form of support groups.
ACC ANNOUNCES BOWL AGREEMENTS FOR 2020-25
The Atlantic Coast Conference on Thursday announced a new six-year bowl lineup, beginning in 2020, which includes the addition of the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl and the newly created bowl game in Boston. The lineup features bowl games across the country with outstanding matchups in Alabama, California, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina and Texas.
First Responder Bowl Renews Rotating Partnership with Big 12
The Big 12 football bowl lineup will remain the same through the 2025 postseason as the Conference has renewed its agreements with all eight partners for an additional six seasons beginning in 2020.
2019 SERVPRO First Responder Bowl to be played December 30
The SERVPRO First Responder Bowl is set for Monday, Dec. 30. For the first time, the game will be played at SMU’s Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, Texas. Kickoff is set for 11:30 a.m. CT (12:30 p.m. ET) and the matchup will be on ESPN. The game is slated to be a matchup of schools from the Big 12 Conference and Conference USA.
